EVIT college and career training programs are developed with the needs of our students in mind. Students looking to advance in or change careers can complete our accelerated programs for affordable tuition. Students who have conducted a cost comparison with local public and private training institutions rated EVIT as the best return on their investment. EVIT strives to give back to our community by providing the workforce with a cost-effective opportunity to gain skills and get working!
Post-secondary

EVIT offers postsecondary COE-accredited career training programs at EVIT Main Campus. All program start dates, end dates, supply costs, and tuition are available in the course catalog. Each program offers hands-on instruction with industry-approved equipment and leads to industry certifications.
EVIT offers the High School Equivalency (HSE)/GED® course as a standalone program for students to prepare for the GED®.
Individuals who are enrolled in the High School Equivalency/GED® program have the option to enroll in EVIT's career training programs concurrently.

Secondary
Programs

EVIT offers secondary career training programs at EVIT Main and Power campuses.
These programs follow the traditional school calendar.
Students must select the AM or PM schedule.
EVIT AM Schedule, 8 am to 10:35 am
EVIT PM Schedule, 12 pm to 2:35 pm
Individuals who want to enroll in a postsecondary program but do not have a high school diploma must enroll in a secondary program.

Accreditation

EVIT college and career training is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education and serves students age 18 and older across Phoenix and the East Valley in the areas of health care and nursing, industrial and commercial technology, human services and automotive technology. Programs provide hands-on training and required hours for students to be able to sit for certification exams once class is completed.
