What do I need to enroll at EVIT?

Public high school students need transcripts, discipline records, immunization records (or a signed waiver).

Charter/Private/Homeschooled students need transcripts, discipline records, immunization records (or a signed waiver), proof of residency and proof of age.

Adult students need a standard identification card, proof of graduation (high school diploma, GED or transcripts with projected graduation date), social security card and an immunization card. Students over 21 years of age need a fingerprint clearance card.
