Governing Board Meetings
Unless notice to the contrary is provided, the East Valley Institute of Technology's Governing Board holds its regular meetings at 6:00 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa. From time to time, this meeting time and date may change in the event of a holiday or an event preventing the presence of a quorum. Special meetings may be called and scheduled on other dates and at other times. These meetings are open to the public, with the exception of executive sessions. EVIT Governing Board meetings are live-streamed at evit.edu/live.
Notices of public meetings are also posted on the calendar of the EVIT website. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting at the EVIT district office in Building 3 of the Main Campus. The district office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
