  • Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Governing Board of the East Valley Institute of Technology and to the general public that some or all of the Governing Board members may attend the Southeast Valley School Board Consortium Meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Apache Junction High School, 2525 S. Ironwood Drive, Apache Junction, AZ  85120.

A quorum of the Governing Board may be present. No EVIT school board business will be discussed or action taken.

  • Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Governing Board of the East Valley Institute of Technology and to the general public that some or all of the Governing Board members may attend the EVIT Education Foundation Breakfast on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. at the East Valley Institute of Technology Main Campus, Culinary Banquet Hall (Building 2), 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ  85201.

A quorum of the Governing Board may be present. No EVIT school board business will be discussed or action taken

Governing Board Meetings

Unless notice to the contrary is provided, the East Valley Institute of Technology's Governing Board holds its regular meetings at 6:00 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Board Room located in Building 3 at the Dr. A. Keith Crandell (Main) Campus, 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa.  From time to time, this meeting time and date may change in the event of a holiday or an event preventing the presence of a quorum.  Special meetings may be called and scheduled on other dates and at other times.  These meetings are open to the public, with the exception of executive sessions. EVIT Governing Board meetings are live-streamed at evit.edu/live.

Notices of public meetings are also posted on the calendar of the EVIT website. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting at the EVIT district office in Building 3 of the Main Campus. The district office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year.  You may also obtain a copy of the Governing Board Meeting agenda here.
