Adult Career Training: Electrical and Power Transmission

Students in the Electrical and Power Transmission Program learn the skills needed to install various types of electrical systems. Apply your knowledge gain experience through hands-on training in the EVIT electrical shop. 

During this program students learn:

  • Indoor and outdoor residential, commercial and industrial electrical systems
  • Electrical systems installation
  • Basic skills needed to continue on in the Electrical Apprenticeship

 


 

EVIT PROGRAM ACCREDITATION

Adult Education at EVIT is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education and serves students ages 18 and older across Phoenix and the East Valley in the areas of health care and nursing, industrial and commercial technology, human services and automotive technology.  Programs provide hands-on training and required hours for students to be able to sit for certification exams once class is completed.
