Apprenticeships

The apprenticeship program gives you the opportunity to: 

• Learn while you work. Gain experience in your chosen field and learn the skills needed to succeed at the same time. 
• Get paid while you learn. Earn a paycheck while you are training and building a foundation for your career.
• Create a faster path to becoming a journeyman and beginning your career. After completing an apprenticeship, you'll have the qualifications and confidence to enter the workforce. Oftentimes you'll have the opportunity to continue with your employer in a higher-paying, specialized role. 
• Industry Mentorship: You'll work alongside experienced professionals who can guide you and develop relationships that will help expand your network.
• Earn certifications. Certifications prove that you have the skills and knowledge to work in your field and may help you advance further in your field.
