Criminal Justice Program

Are you interested in a career in law enforcement or the criminal justice field? The Criminal Justice program prepares students for careers in the legal field by teaching them current practices and providing real-life applications. Students learn and apply basic court principles in Maricopa County's Teen Court program. They participate in physical training to prepare for entering the academy and gain skills in fingerprinting, gun safety, and defensive tactics.

Criminal Justice includes instruction in:

Crime scene investigations
Forensics
Police, court & jail functions
Report writing
Interrogation skills
Criminal Justice student practices handcuffing technique
criminal justice students investigates crime scene
