Are you a foodie?  Do you love to cook and come up with your own recipes?

Explore your passion for cooking while developing skills to become a cook, chef, or restaurant manager. Students have the opportunity to work special events and luncheons in EVIT's banquet hall or at our student-run restaurant,  Bistro 13

Culinary Arts includes instruction in:

Planning, selecting, storing, purchasing, preparing, and serving quality food products
A la carte and quantity cooking
Prep and etiquette
Nutritive values
Safety and sanitation procedures
Use of commercial equipment
Serving techniques
Management of food establishments
 
EVIT culinary students prepare fish
Fully prepared meal by EVIT culinary students
