Adult Career Training: Registered Nursing (Associate in Applied Science)
EVIT’s Registered Nursing program will get you on the path to becoming a registered nurse! This 5-semester program is a combination of lecture, lab and work-based activities in 68 credit hours and 1,460 clock hours.
In addition to medical & surgical nursing, you will learn about pharmacology, nutrition, maternal and newborn health, pediatric health, community health and more. General education courses include Anatomy & Physiology, Composition I and II, Introduction to Psychology, College Math and Biology.

You will need to provide a fingerprint clearance card and proof of immunizations. After completing your application, you will be notified by the Admissions Office and given instructions on registering for the HESI A2 (Health Education Systems Incorporated) entrance exam.
