Do you have an interest in making medicine or becoming a pharmacist? 
 
The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students for careers in the pharmaceutical industry, teaching them how to prepare and dispense medications, assist patients, and manage pharmacy operations.
 
Students gain hands-on experience in prescription processing, drug identification, safety procedures, and pharmacy regulations. The program also covers medical and pharmaceutical terminology, pharmacology principles, patient communication, and business operations in a pharmacy setting.
 
With a focus on precision, professionalism, and patient care, this program provides the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in hospitals, retail pharmacies, and healthcare facilities.

Pharmacy Technician includes instruction in:

Medical  and pharmaceutical terminology
Principles of pharmacology and pharmaceutics
Drug identification
Pharmacy  laboratory procedures
Prescription interpretation
Patient communication and education

Recordkeeping
Measurement and testing techniques
