The Physical Therapy Technician program prepares individuals to assist doctors of physical therapy or doctors of chiropractic in the treatment of patients with medical conditions and functionally-limiting injuries. 

Physical Therapy Technician includes instruction in:

Medical terminology
Principles of rehabilitation and physical therapy
Outpatient care
Long term care
Home health care
Patient communication and education
EVIT physical therapy instructor guides students in yoga exercise
