Program Details: Plumbing Service and Repair Technician

The Plumbing Service and Repair Technician program will provide individuals with technical understanding and skills development and integrate theory with practical experience. Through the program, students develop skills in piping techniques and procedures, plumbing and piping systems, residential and commercial system installations, blueprint reading and isometric interpretation.

License or Certification Information: OSHA 10 - Construction Industry, CPR/First Aid

Program Courses and Course Sequence:
  • Plumbing I - 1 semester - 1.5 credits
  • Plumbing II - 1 semester - 1.5 credits
  • Plumbing III - 2 semesters - 3 credits
Pre/Co Requisites:
  • 6 high school credits (required)
  • 2.0 GPA (recommended)
Length of Program: 2-4 semesters
College Credit: College credit may be available.
Technology Requirements: Computer access with Windows OS, Adobe Reader, webcam, microphone and anti-virus protection.
