Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP)

The Careers through Culinary Arts Program's mission is to promote and provide career opportunities in the food service industry for under-served youth through culinary arts education and employment.  EVIT's Culinary Arts and Commercial Baking students participate in job shadowing and internships and compete in CCAP competitions for scholarships. Over the years, EVIT students have won nearly $2 million in culinary scholarships.
