BARB'S BLESSINGS FOUNDATON
Barb's Blessings was "formed in 2022 as a private foundation to educate and train single working mothers for better employment opportunities." Their mission statement: To see that funds are available for single working mothers with dependent children with a desire to pursue an education through a trade school, technical school or community college to provide a better future for herself and her family.
BRANDSOURCE TRADE SCHOLARSHIP
The BrandSource Trade Scholarship provides up to $12,000 for up to two years for youth pursuing training high-demand trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Equipment Operation, Construction Management, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Welding, Auto Repair & Manufacturing, and more). Applications are open through the end of the year or until all 10 scholarship slots are filled.

DORRANCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)
The Dorrance Scholarship Program offers financial assistance to students attending one of the Arizona Universities. For more eligibility information and to apply visit their website.
FAFSA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The FAFSA Scholarship program will launch in October, offering 25 scholarships of $2,000 each for Arizona students who complete the FAFSA and attend an in-state community college or public university (Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and University of Arizona). As of now, the FAFSA is expected to officially open October 1st.

KIDS CHANCE OF ARIZONA
Kids' Chance of Arizona awards academic college scholarships to deserving children of workers who were seriously injured or killed on the job. Review scholarship guidelines to determine if you qualify

POSITIVE PATHS
The Positive Paths Scholarship Program assists women in the East Valley who are returning to school to improve their lives and enhance their career opportunities by way of obtaining appropriate education and training. Scholarship amounts will vary based on individual needs, up to a maximum of $1500 per academic year.
SENIOR CARE (FOR ASSOCIATE DEGREE STUDENTS ONLY)
SeniorCare.com brings awareness to the key issues we face as an aging population. They will award an annual college scholarship to an individual that best demonstrates a unique and admirable understanding and desire to show "Why aging matters to them." A $1500 scholarship will be given annually to an existing or incoming college student in good academic standing and who currently cares for an aging loved one, works within the senior community, or intends to pursue a career that will have an impact on the elder population.
