EVIT holds Completion Ceremonies instead of graduation to honor all high school and adult students who have completed certifications during the year. EVIT's 40+ programs are divided into three ceremonies.

Please note: We are aware of scheduling conflicts among high school graduations within our EVIT district.  Any student who chooses to attend their high school event and is unable to attend the EVIT Completion of their assigned program is invited to attend one of the other ceremonies. They will sit with other students in the same situation and will still be recognized by the program they have completed.
 
If you are in this situation, please let your instructors know which night you plan to attend.

Cap & Gown:
A cap and gown are required to participate in EVIT's completion ceremony. We encourage all students to wear the cap & gown from their home high school.
 
If you do not have a cap & gown, EVIT has a limited supply of black gowns for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
These may be purchased at the EVIT Student Store on the Main Campus in Building #1, between school hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
 

Program Honor Cords: 
Optional for students. To represent your program and your accomplishments, each program has been assigned a specific color of cord.

NOTE: Students may purchase Cap & Gown and/or Honor Cords from any company they choose, but preferably through Graduation Source's online portal.

Prices and/or shipping costs vary from place to place. Orders must be placed by April 25th to ensure they arrive on time.

 
EVIT Completion Ceremonies will be live-streamed.  A link will be on our website, evit.edu/completion, on the day of the event.
