Facility Rentals

The East Valley Institute of Technology is a great place to host your next event! Our Main Campus offers a wide variety of options to meet the demands of any event. Reserve our banquet halls, auditoriums, classrooms and more. 

 

To check availability and/or to schedule a facility tour, please complete the Event Request Form or contact Selly Soetarso at 480-461-4114.

 

Groups or organizations that wish to use the school facilities must complete the Application for Use of School Facilities. 

 

 

The signed application can be scanned and returned by e-mail to Selly Soetarso at ssoetarso@evit.edu. 

 

Groups are required to provide proof of liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 and $100,000 property damage, with the East Valley Institute of Technology School District #401 named as an additional insured on the policy.  Requests without such proof cannot be approved.  The school carries no liability insurance protecting organizations engaged in non-school activities.
